Barriere Secondary Senior Boys played some great basketball last weekend while hosting the Cougar Classic Basketball Tournament on home turf.
The team won their game against Merritt on Friday, and then clinched another win on Saturday morning against Sahali.
The Cougar’s final game was a tough fought 54-50 nail biter with Barriere finishing in second spot to Valleyview.
Barriere Senior Girls were also playing hard on the basketball court last weekend with the team also finishing in second place in their tournament.
