The Top Hand Ranch Competition at the Provincial Winter Fair that was held at the North Thompson Fall Fair facility in Barriere Sept. 23- 26 was an action packed event. Cowboys proved their abilities by competing in several ranch skills including; working cow horse, the wild horse race, and saddle bronc.
