Clearwater Youth Soccer’s third annual Footy Festival the weekend of June 15 was awesome, organizers report. A total of 18 teams took part – six U8, six U10 and six U13. Most were from Barriere and Clearwater, but Lillooet sent two teams, and Ashcroft sent a team as well.
In U10, two Barriere teams won the most sportsmanlike team and the best teamwork trophies.
