Kamloops, BC – PacificSport Interior BC is pleased to announce that with the assistance of ViaSport BC funding, and sponsorship from Regional City Offices for facility rentals, select NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) multi-sport coaching certification modules will be offered throughout the region for FREE to coaches in celebration of BC Coaches Week in September!
BC Coaches Week runs September 21-28; however, select courses will be offered the last two weeks of September to celebrate coaches and their contributions to our communities.
Coaching courses can range in cost from $40-$150+ so it is very fortunate when there is an opportunity to have these continuing education costs covered for community and volunteer coaches.
The following courses will be offered for FREE in September:

• Sept. 21 – Merritt – Making Ethical Decisions
• Sept. 21 – Merritt – Nutrition
• Sept. 26 – Kamloops – Fundamental Movement Skills Community Coach
• Sept. 27 – Kamloops – Planning a Practice
• Sept. 28 – Kamloops – Making Ethical Decisions
• Sept. 28 – Kamloops – Nutrition
• Sept. 25 – Golden – Making Ethical Decisions
• Sept. 26 – Golden – Nutrition
• Sept. 26 – Golden – Basic Mental Skills
• Sept. 27 – Golden – Planning a Practice
• Sept. 28 – Golden – Teaching & Learning
• Sept. 28 – Golden – Design a Basic Sport Program
• Sept. 29 – Salmon Arm – Managing Conflict
