Therese McKirdy says everyone is invited to participate in the upcoming Horseback Poker Ride fundraiser for Idic15 Canada. The ride will be held at Fish Trap Equine Campsite, on Westsyde Road, Barriere.
All-ages are eligible to participate, with the entry fee being $25 a hand.
McKirdy notes this family event will be a two to three hour horse backride, where riders will pick up their playing cards en route.
Best hand wins 50-30-20 split for first, second and third placings.
The last poker hand must be turned in by 3 p.m.
