North Thompson Agriplex now open for public riding on Sundays

Barriere's North Thompson Agriplex will be open one day a week through winter months for public riding

The North Thompson Agriplex will be open on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the winter months for public riding.

Riders must be a member or join either the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association ($10), or the Barriere and District Riding Club (www.barrieredistrictridingclub.com) for insurance purposes to be able to use the facility.  There is a $10 fee charged per rider each Sunday for public riding.

Riders under 18 years old must wear a helmet, and all riders are requested to practice courtesy and follow the guidelines for public riding.  No dogs please.

If the temperature is minus -10° degrees riders are advised to call the NTFFRA representative (listed below) who will be on duty that day to confirm the arena will be open.  If the temperature drops to minus -15° degrees it will not be open.
