The North Thompson Recreation Society’s AGM is set for Monday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. at the North Thompson Volunteer Centre in the Ridge. The society will also be hosting a table at the No Host Bazaar on the Nov. 19 in the Fall Fair Hall. Membership is $10 for the year, and everyone is invited to join the group and enjoy outdoor activities in the area. The society facilitates swim lessons in summer and ski and snowshoe opportunities for Grade 3 and Grade 8 students. They offer skis and snowshoes for rent.
