PacificSport Interior BC’s annual free conference, “Pathways to Sport Excellence” is looking forward to an outstanding line-up of guest speakers on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Tournament Capital Centre.
It is a free one day conference for athletes, coaches and parents designed to provide an introduction into sport performance programming through workshops in strength and conditioning, nutrition and mental training, delivered by expert presenters in all areas. Lunch will be provided by our Community FoodWorks™ Partner Taco Del Mar. The day will wrap with the ViaSport Olympian Panel Discussion on the topic of ‘what makes a good coach?’ in which attendees can tweet their questions for the panelists in advance and during the discussion to @CoachesViaSport.

This event also fits well into the Coaching Association of Canada’s (CAC) maintenance of certification policy that promotes lifelong learning and sharing amongst the coaching community. We will submit this event to CAC for approval to award three NCCP Professional Development points to coaches who attend.
