Sun Peaks Resort is hosting youth alpine-skiing races from Friday, Dec. 12 to Sunday, Dec. 14.
There will be about 125 male and female athletes from across the province competing in under-16, U-18 and U-21 divisions.
There will be a two-run giant-slalom event on Friday and a pair of two-run slalom races on Saturday and Sunday.
Area skiers will be in action.
